so...peter has not had a weekly appearance, much to my chagrin...perhaps the economy is effecting even our dear peter, but this one came up last friday and it made me giggle...i love him.
it reads, "Photo shows Peter Fernandez of San Fernando City with whiz trumpet blower James Smith of the CJS Quintet Band interpreting a diligent farmer of Hawaii, & happy to harvest good crops of pineapple, spinach leaves & cherries, & thus, loving his occupation, even if he dies for it. I mean...really...what Hawaiian farmer WOULDN'T die for his right to be a Hawaiian farmer...
