DIY Pizza Sauce

the great thing about having a DIY pizza sauce is that there is no cooking needed...you just whisk all the ingredients together and Voila! yummy home-made pizza sauce without who knows what-all is in it stuff you get at the store! we make a pizza at least once a week - its a great way to get rid of left-overs and veggies...sometimes i like to throw cooked leftover veggies in the food processor or blender and add some water and add it into the sauce. it works especially well with sweet potatoes!

We tried this recipe and it was a success with all my boys - even the picky big one...picky as in, Italian Food snob, not picky as in a picky eater - he will eat anything! (luckily)
